Our story

Who are we? Ordinary young people, who enjoy worshiping the extraordinary God!

   The singing duet, „A.D.“ came together in the year 2000. Now, after ten years of ministering to God and to people, they are writing their story. It happened accidently, one afternoon when Dan Tomasik took his guitar and started to play and sing. His sister Anna Tomasik, who was fourteen at the time, sat next to him and joined in his song. At that moment they were surprised to discover that they could sing together. And when they sang together their two hearts became one before God with the desire to praise Him. In that same year Dan and Anna Tomasik were asked to sing at the dedication of a church in Itebej. Itebej is a city in the province of Vojvodina, in Serbia. This was the first time that Dan and Anna had been invited to sing. At their first performance they were full of jitters but that did not matter to Jaroslav Andrasik. He was the pastor of the church in Backy Petrovac, and the one who had invited „A.D. “ to his church. „A.D. “ was thankful to him for the opportunity. And that was their beginning.

   Everyone has their own dream. The dream of „A.D.“ is to play and sing songs about God and to God. Their desire is to be used by God so that people from every corner of the earth can be touched through their music. They have their vision, which is to write their own original music. At this time Dan has written all their songs, but eventually songs will be written by Anna as well.

   The year of 2010 was an important year for „A.D.“ because they released their first album called „Learning to believe. “
